Although STILLMATIC was released in 2001 it is a legendary play on the Nas classic 1994 album ILLMATIC which is in the conversation for top 3 greatest hip hop albums ever recorded. Stillmatic was a major influence because it contains a toxic dose of “Ether” one of the greatest diss songs of all time only rivaled by Tupac’s diss song “Hit Em Up”.
